The stay here was very pleasant, liked the hotel, it was fairly clean with quiet location just next door to the outskirts of the town in a pleasant location close to a park, Fougeres and the restaurant. All the employees were extremely helpful and attentive...

We were only one night in transit guests but were treated as if long term guests. we were delighting with everything and are hoping to be able to stay there on our return to France in two to three weeks time.

Location was good for my business trip. Despite a building looking a bit run down, the rooms were clean and refurbished to a OK standard. The staff there were very helpful, hotel or restaurant-wise. Campanile clearly is making noticeable efforts to improve its standards, and it was very pleasant for a business trip. Having a parking for the hotel is a definite plus.
Nothing - it was as I expected: functionnal and pleasant.

During my Christmas stay, I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The powerful shower in the en-suite wet room was a definite plus, and the hairdryer provided was convenient. Additionally, the hotel's location near a park was a nice touch, offering a pleasant environment for walks and relaxation.
There were a couple of drawbacks to my experience. The hotel was quite far from the town center, making it difficult to explore the city without a long walk.

Good location, easy access to town and surrounding areas. Plenty of secure parking space. Room comfortable. Pleasant restaurant offering good value choices, especially the entree buffets.
Disliked paper and plastic cups in the rooms. Nowhere to put used tea bags etc. Insufficient milk for 2 person occupancy.

Good location for visiting nearby attractions. Adequate dinner and breakfast served, with friendly and helpful staff. Parking was ample and relatively secure, providing peace of mind.
Poor customer relations upon check-in, with attitudes being dismissive and unhelpful. the room was not ready at the promised time, resulting in frustration and inconvenience.

Booked and paid for a double room (non-refundable) but was given a room for handicapped people. Was told that it was fully booked It was like living in and old age home. The room smelt very bad. After some discussion, was given another room the following day. No more staying at Campanile!

The breakfasts where plentiful and satisfactory, always with a wide range of meals. Location: the hotel was not far from restaurants and supermarket, the outskirts of the town and old town.
The staff we met were unpleasant.

We had a lovely stay at a hotel on the outskirts of town, situated close to a pleasant park but actually quite tricky to find. the room and bathroom were basic but comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. the breakfast provided a good selection of fresh, local produce. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend it for those looking for a relaxing stay close to nature.
The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been improved, as we found several different varieties of hair in there.

The food seemed quite expensive and no baby changing fertility but otherwise ok.
